H3 to Hold a Special Networking Happy Hour with Brazilian Music

Miami Beach, September 1, 2016 – H3: Health. Hope. Healing will hold its H3 Networking Happy Hour on Thursday, September 29 at ITO, Mojitos Y Cafecitos Restaurant. The event will take place from 5 to 8pm followed by Janinha’s Birthday Celebration 8-10pm with Brazilian DJ Marcelo Magalhaes at the restaurant, which is located at 7450 Ocean Terrace, Miami Beach, Fl., 33141.

The goal of the bimonthly H3 Networkers event is to empower the survivors by connecting with the community, healers, and business professionals as well as to develop their potential and help them succeed and heal, says Janinha Piazetta, founder and executive director of the nonprofit organization.

“It is a challenge for survivors to get back to society and work after cancer treatment because the body and the mind go through so much transformation and most of the time these two components are not connected, especially for those who have to deal with serious side effects,” Piazzetta added.

During Janinha’s Birthday celebration, patients, survivors and the community will have a chance to dance as an expression of joy and healing. After all, H3 is about health, hope, and healing, while having fun. Janinha is H3’s Founder and Director. There will also be a raffle with prizes including restaurant gift certificates and more.

The event will also provide information about its annual membership program, which facilitates discounts with alternative care practitioners. Most of these services are not covered by health insurance and can get quite costly over time. In addition, H3 is promoting its October “Open Discussion about Cancer” event and the H3 Pink Ribbon Support Line Program. Moreover, H3 is expanding its services to different areas of Miami in order to reach out to different communities and its people in need.

H3: Health. Hope. Healing, an educational 501(c)(3) non profit breast cancer organization has consistently facilitated a monthly lecture and workshop at the Miami Beach Regional Library for the many years, as well as many other events around town, including the Miami Beach Botanical Garden and now at ITO Restaurant conference room.
