Swimming Dragon Qigong on Saturday, July 25 at 1pm
Prepare your body and mind for the beach season with this ancient Taoist practice designed to tone the waist, improve spinal flexibility, and support metabolic balance. This graceful and energizing form can be learned in just minutes and, when practiced regularly, may help reduce stress, increase vitality, and support hormonal balance, appetite regulation, and overall well-being. Its fluid movements help massage the internal organs, stimulate circulation and detoxification, and support immune health and vitality.
This unique Taoist form, inspired by the flowing movement of a dragon swimming through the sea, is known for its simplicity, grace, and gentle effectiveness.
TAIJI QIGONG 18 FORM, Saturday, August 22 at 1pm
Get your Qi flowing, and spirits soaring, with this traditional set of warm-up exercises that delivers abundant Qi and healing to all parts of your body-mind. Taiji Qigong 18 Forms (also known as Shibashi) is a gentle and popular moving meditation practice that blends the graceful movements of Yang-style Tai Chi with the deep, rhythmic breathing of Qigong. Developed in 1979 to support overall health and vitality, the practice consists of 18 simple, flowing movements designed to promote balance, relaxation, flexibility, and inner well-being.
