Miami Beach, July 5, 2017 – H3: Health. Hope. Healing will hold its H3 Networking Happy Hour on Thursday, July 27, 2017. The event will take place from 5 to 8pm at La Moderna Restaurant, 1874 Bay Road, Miami Beach, Fl., 33139.
The goal of the bimonthly H3 Networkers event is to empower the survivors by connecting with the community, healers, and business professionals as well as to develop their potential, help them succeed and heal, says Janinha Piazzetta, founder and executive director of the nonprofit organization.
“It is a challenge for survivors to get back to society and work after cancer treatment because the body and the mind go through so much transformation and most of the time these two components are not connected, especially for those who have to deal with serious side effects,” Piazzetta added.
During the event, patients, survivors and the community will have a chance to network while exploring delicious food and drinks as an expression of joy and healing. After all, H3 is about health, hope, and healing, while having fun. There will also be a raffle with prizes including La Moderna gift certificates and more. In addition, the event will feature many specials guests including Haigo Manukian, an artist and breast cancer survivor at 6 years old. He will talk about this experience as well as his art work in details.
The event will also provide information about its annual membership program, which facilitates discounts with alternative care practitioners. Most of these services are not covered by health insurance and can get quite costly over time. In addition, H3 is promoting its second “Open Discussion about Cancer” event and the H3 Pink Ribbon Support Line Program. Moreover, H3 is expanding its services to different areas of Miami in order to reach out to different communities and its people in need.
H3: Health. Hope. Healing, an educational 501(c)(3) non profit breast cancer organization has consistently facilitated a monthly lecture and workshop at different venues for many years, including the Miami Regional Library, the Miami Beach Botanical Garden and now the bimonthly H3 Networking Happy Hour event at La Moderna Restaurant.
