by

Raw Food Chef Lisa Valle & Marilyn K. Volker, ED.D

Saturday, June 21, 2008 @ Miami Beach Regional Library

227 22nd Street, South Beach 33139

Our Breast Cancer Support Group will meet on Saturday, June 21st at the Miami Beach Regional Library @ 1 p.m.  Our guest speaker is the nationally-known sexologist Marilyn K. Volker, ED.D. All women are invited because this is a topic of interest to all women–with or without cancer.

I have heard Dr. Volker speak, and she is amazing. Please forward this e-mail to all your women friends so we can have a full auditorium. They won’t be disappointed.

Living with breast cancer or any other cancer means facing challenges and PLAN B’s in all aspects of a woman’s life…including sexuality.  Dr. Volker has worked with many cancer survivors as they have REFRAMED what body image, sexuality, sex (desire & functioning), and communication with partner(s) can mean. She will discuss the 3 P’s of sexual concerns and the eight-8 types of intimacy that any relationship can share–with and without cancer.
