The Breast Cancer Support Group, under the umbrella of H3: Health. Hope. Healing presents Qigong: The art of Self-healing.

Qigong (pronounced chigong) is the human biological science that studies the flow of Qi, or Life Force, in our energetic body. This bio-electric energy is the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture, acupressure, shiatsu, and Chinese herbal medicine), martial arts and other Asian healing modalities. In Asia the concept of health is based on maintaining an abundant supply of Qi that smoothly circulates to all organs and parts of the body.

Dashi will share her own story of how she cured herself of a partial hearing loss in 1997 at the world’s largest Qigong hospital in China, where over 180 diseases, including cancer, lupus, arthritis and heart disease, have been treated with an overall success rate of 95%. She will explain in simple terms how Qigong can help reduce stress, improve vitality, strengthen the immune system, keep the body fit and pain-free and enhance life-long health and inner peace.

Find out how you can take charge of your own health with the daily practice of Qigong. Together we will create a “healing Qi field,” and learn some powerful methods for self-healing. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and eat lightly before the lecture.
